Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the item and delivery destination.
Processing Time
Most products are made to order. Once your purchase is completed, processing—including production—typically takes 2–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery typically takes approximately 4–5 business days after processing.
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to external factors such as weather or national events.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate the process.
This policy excludes orders with incorrect shipping details submitted by the customer or missed parcel deliveries.
Returns and Refund Guarantee
If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will cover return shipping and promptly send a replacement.
All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date and must include original packaging and be in unused condition.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Please note: Digital goods are not eligible for return.
For non-defective items that are returned in original, unused condition, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. A return label will be provided once your request is received. Once the item is returned and inspected, your refund—minus the restocking fee—will be processed.
All returns must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window may not be accepted.
Embernyx reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside the stated timeframe or that do not meet return condition requirements.
